This Agreement is made between the registrant (“Agent”) and NPRPS (“Organization”).**
Effective Date: Effective on date of submission.
1. License and Compliance – The Agent agrees to keep their license up to date and in good standing with the Department of Insurance (DOI).
2. Liability – The Agent agrees not to hold NPRPS responsible in any manner for any wrongdoing or actions taken by the Agent.
3. Payment Obligations – The Agent agrees to make all sign-up payments on time. A grace period of 14 days will be allowed; failure to comply will result in removal from the roster.
4. Performance Expectations – After the second month of affiliation, the Agent must submit at least 2 WM applications per month.
5. Confidentiality – The Agent agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive information and not disclose it to unauthorized parties.
6. Termination Clause – Either party may terminate this Agreement under the conditions outlined in Section 7 below.
7. Dispute Resolution – Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved through mediation before pursuing any legal action.
8. Compliance with Laws – The Agent agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the performance of their duties.
9. Benefits Received – The Agent acknowledges the following benefits received through NPRPS:
- Credibility: Enhanced credibility and recognition in the industry.
- Marketing Materials: Access to folders, brochures for employees, employers, and 1099 forms.
- Online Marketing Opportunities: Opportunity to market via platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
- Coaching: Coaching from the executive team for success in the marketplace.
- Networking: Access to events and conferences for professional networking.
- Training: Ongoing training sessions on industry trends and best practices.
- Exclusive Resources: Access to tools and resources to assist in performance.
- Community Support: A supportive community for sharing experiences and advice.
10. Acknowledgment: By submitting this registration, the Agent acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms outlined in this Agreement.
